Notes

Example run: youtube.com/watch?v=UQkcy4rPW0s Slayer: The Slayer needs approximately 420 Skill Duration (a large portion of it comes from the helmet) so that Axe Spin lasts until around the halfway point of the stage, making it stop spinning only once. He also needs enough damage to kill any mob with a single hit from Axe Spin. Once Axe Spin ends, the Slayer needs to survive during its cooldown until he can use the skill again. The more CDR he has (75% cap), the less time he has to wait, resulting in a faster stage clear. Ranger: The Ranger is important during this waiting period. She needs enough damage to prevent too many mobs from accumulating while the Slayer waits for Axe Spin to come back. If too many mobs pile up, the Slayer will most likely die. Because of this, be careful not to stack too much CDR on the armor and sacrifice the HP and resistances needed to survive. Priest: The Priest is mainly responsible for increasing the Slayer's and Ranger's damage through the Blessing of Might passive. She also helps with survivability through the Blessing of Warding passive. The Priest should have as much Movement Speed as possible, as this helps reduce the overall stage time. This is why the Knight Bots is on the Ranger. Additionally, the Priest needs to stay close to the Slayer at all times to keep the Blessing of Warding buff active. In summary: the goal is to balance the Slayer's Skill Duration, damage, CDR, and survivability, while the Ranger prevents mobs from piling up during the Axe Spin cooldown and the Priest keeps the buffs active while maximizing stage movement speed.
