September Update: What Should You Prepare?

The September Update will introduce four major features:

• Plaguelands: A new stage type
• New Items: Level 90 items and around 20 new Unique Stats
• New Runes: New rune types and additional runes for existing types
• Skin System: A system for changing your character's appearance

Prepare Your Corruption

Plaguelands can be entered from Nightmare difficulty onward, and each attempt consumes Corruption.

However, you can get a great head start by accumulating Corruption beforehand. Since Corruption also increases with your playtime, simply playing the game before the update can help you build up a reserve.


Save Your Good Items

If Plaguelands requires strong equipment to progress efficiently, keeping some of your better items could be worthwhile.

Instead of dismantling every good item you don't currently need, saving a few for the new content may prove more efficient.

Save Your Soulstones

By now, you should have been saving your Soulstones. The new Plaguelands system introduces additional content that may require these resources, so having a stockpile ready can give you a head start.


Don't Forget the Bosses

Plaguelands also has its own boss content. The Plagued Act Bosses are stronger versions of the regular Act Bosses and require a Corrupted Soulstone to challenge.

So, make sure you're ready to collect and use your Corrupted Soulstones efficiently.
