Task Bar Hero has 30 stages, each played at four difficulties for 189 in total, spread across 6 acts and levels 1 to 95. Every stage below is listed with its real wave count, boss stat multipliers and box drop rate, read from the game's own stage table.
The difficulty ladder
The same 30 stages repeat at Normal, Nightmare, Hell and Torment. Higher difficulties do not change the layout - they apply a flat resistance debuff to your party and raise the level of everything in the stage. That debuff is subtracted before the resistance cap, and Physical is exempt because Armor mitigates it instead of Resistance.

21 stages drop soulstones, all of them act bosses. Those are the only stages where a soulstone can appear, which is what makes them worth re-running once your gear has outgrown the rest of the act.
Act 1
Act 1 runs from level 1 to 12 across 10 stages per difficulty, starting at Pasture and ending at Throne of Darkness. Its stages run 10 to 13 waves with 1 to 7 monsters per wave, and 1 of them are pure boss fights with no trash waves at all.
Monsters you will meet here: Slime, Goblin, Goblin Thief, Goblin Shaman, Bat, Orc, Orc Warrior, Elite Orc, Skeleton, Skeleton Archer, Skeleton Warrior.
Act 2
Act 2 runs from level 13 to 22 across 10 stages per difficulty, starting at Oasis Road and ending at Pharaoh's Underchannel. Its stages run 14 to 16 waves with 7 to 8 monsters per wave, and 1 of them are pure boss fights with no trash waves at all.
Monsters you will meet here: Scorpion, Ratfolk Warrior, Ratfolk Archer, Ratfolk Berserker, Cobra, Plague Rat, Venom Insect, Bat, Giant Fly, Kobold Guard, Homunculus, Ghoul, Skeleton Archer, Kobold Slinger, and 3 more.
Act 3
Act 3 runs from level 23 to 32 across 10 stages per difficulty, starting at Snowbound Outpost and ending at Hell Command Chamber. Its stages run 16 to 18 waves with 8 to 11 monsters per wave, and 1 of them are pure boss fights with no trash waves at all.
